What can I expect in a counseling session?
Counseling sessions are tailored to your needs. You and I will use a range of techniques and tools best matched to you.
The first session typically lasts 45-60 minutes during which time I can gain an understanding of your needs and begins to develop a plan of action. Additional sessions are typically 30-45 minutes long as you and I work together on your goals. Counseling sessions can be short term, ranging from one to three sessions, or extend over several weeks or months.
